Ordering

How do I place an order?
Choose your product and size, add it to cart, and complete checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation once payment is successful.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can’t always be cancelled once confirmed. Please double-check your size, address, and details before placing the order.


Shipping

How long will my order take to ship?
Orders are shipped within 1–3 working days.

When will I receive my order?
Most orders are delivered within 3–7 working days across India.

Do you deliver outside India?
No. We currently deliver only within India.

How do I track my order?
Tracking details will be shared by SMS, WhatsApp, or email after shipping.


Exchange Policy

Do you accept returns?
No. We do not accept returns.

Do you allow exchanges?
Yes. Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery.

Is there a charge for exchange?
Yes. A ₹99 exchange fee applies.

What items are eligible for exchange?
Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging intact.

How do I request an exchange?
Email us at help@7colt.com with your order details. Exchange requests without prior approval won’t be accepted.


Damaged or Wrong Items

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. Recording an opening package video is strongly recommended.

How do I report the issue?
Contact help@7colt.com with your order details and supporting proof.


Refunds

Do you provide refunds?
No. Since returns are not accepted, refunds are not offered.
