Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details.

Shipping Time

  • Domestic (India): Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Any shipping or COD charges paid at the time of order are non-refundable.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on select pin codes only.
  • COD charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
  • COD charges are non-refundable, even in case of return or exchange.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS / WhatsApp / Email. You can track your order using the provided tracking link.

Address & Contact Details
Please ensure that your shipping address, primary contact number, and an alternate contact number are accurate and active at the time of placing the order to ensure smooth delivery.
7Colt is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address or contact details.

Delivery Issues

  • If delivery is attempted and fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or unreachable contact numbers, re-shipping charges may apply.
  • Orders returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts will be processed as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, we strongly recommend recording an opening package video and reporting the issue immediately.
