Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not offer a return policy but however purchased product can be exchanged for size or fit issues
  • To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with tags intact, seal tag not broken, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

  • Exchanges sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return & Exchange Charges

  • A ₹99 exchange charge will be applicable.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not accepted for exchange charges.
  • Original shipping charges and COD charges are non-refundable.

Quality Check

  • All exchange items undergo a mandatory quality inspection and after receiving the exchange charge , we will dispatch the new item.
  • You can do a style exchange ,the excess amount should be paid along with the exchange charge for deficit amount will be refund to the original payment method. 
  • Items with a broken or removed seal tag will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
  • In case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we strongly recommend recording an opening package video to ensure faster approval and resolution.
  • Contact us at help@7colt.com with the required details and evidence.

  • Customized or personalized products

These items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds

  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued as store credits only.
  • If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact help@7colt.com
