Returns & Exchanges
- We do not offer a return policy but however purchased product can be exchanged for size or fit issues
- To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with tags intact, seal tag not broken, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

- Exchanges sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return & Exchange Charges
- A ₹99 exchange charge will be applicable.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not accepted for exchange charges.
- Original shipping charges and COD charges are non-refundable.
Quality Check
- All exchange items undergo a mandatory quality inspection and after receiving the exchange charge , we will dispatch the new item.
- You can do a style exchange ,the excess amount should be paid along with the exchange charge for deficit amount will be refund to the original payment method.
- Items with a broken or removed seal tag will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product
- Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
- In case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we strongly recommend recording an opening package video to ensure faster approval and resolution.

Refunds
- For COD orders, refunds will be issued as store credits only.
